We rode our bikes to the swimming pond. While my family played in the water, I painted a scene of the Russian olive trees reflecting over the water, and the mountain range in the distance. Horsetooth Rock was just invisible behind a Cottonwood tree. The clouds were brilliant, ever changing while I was there- a challenge to capture
